Established in 1989 by Paul Sheedy, PDS started as a trouble shooting business, working in the automotive manufacturing sector, dealing with vehicle launch concerns.
The business has moved from dealing with mistakes to helping businesses make significant improvements in business performance using the PDS "Strategy Implementation" methodology.
The PDS Methodology recognises that every business faces unique challenges that require unique solutions. We build a bespoke solution for each client that targets the improvement efforts at the strategic imperatives. Working with senior managers, we engage rapidly to understand the short and longer term concerns.
